Accommodation

We have a number of accommodation options, including camping pitches on the field or in the woodland area and the Bus Stop Holiday Bus, a converted double decker bus with sleeping accommodation for 14 young people and 3 adults.

Boyd Bus Stop

Our holiday bus sleeps 14 young people upstairs in bunk beds and space for 3 leaders to sleep downstairs. The bunks have memory foam mats and are quite comfy! Just bring along your sleeping bags and pillow

Upstairs at the front of the bus there is a seating area, which offers the perfect view across the campsite for a bit of wildlife spotting

Downstairs there is a further seating area with space for a fold up table to be used if you want to play some cards or a board game in the evening

The bus has fairy lights through out and there are plug sockets, along with a phone charging cable

When booking the bus you will have an eating area outside with picnic benches, further space to pitch tents and a BBQ for cooking over

Camping Pitches

All of our camping pitches can hold between 30 and 50 campers depending on your tent sizes and most come with a small fire area that you can cook over or sit around in the evening. Please only use these for fires or the main campfire circle

You can find the pitches marked on the map, each camping pitch is marked by a line of trees.

Church View – This is our camping pitch nearest the car park in the left hand corner of the site

Woodpecker Hollow – Located between Church View and Woodside on the left hand side of the site, named after our resident Woodpeckers that can often be heard and seen flying about

Woodside – The pitch nearest the main campfire circle, for this reason it doesn’t have its own fire area

Grange Hill – The pitch next to Boyd Bus Stop is usually reserved for Bus Stop bookings but will be ised when not in use for general bookings, this is quite a large pitch

Hedgehog Row – Next to Grange Hill is one of our popular pitches as apart from Grange hill is closest to the bathrooms!

Badger Brook – The site in between Hedgehog Row and Muntjac Corner

Muntjac Corner – Situated in the bottom right hand corner of the site is another large pitch

Oak View – Often used in conjunction with Muntjac Corner for larger groups

Hammocking area – This area is past the lakes and is a more wooded area with trees suitable to hang your hammocks. Quite often used for more survival type camps and older groups. Not always available in the Winter months as it likes to hold on to the water!
